“I really care about my clients” says Allen. “Most have a legitimate story to be told but are up against the government or powerful insurance companies. My job is to know the law and the evidence inside-and-out, come up with a winning strategy, and use it to convince the judge or jury.”
My practice includes business and construction litigation. I also advise a variety of businesses on corporate law, employment and contract matters. In addition, I handle personal injury and professional malpractice cases.

My attorneys Heather Hodges and Eddie Knox are the most caring, professional people whom I have the pleasure of meeting and taking my case. I recommend them highly because they also treat you as family. Love them much!Renee A – Google Local Guide
Allen Brotherton and Sherry Crump are an outstanding legal team. They answered all my questions and provided me the highest quality of service.Allen is an experienced attorney from all accounts, I knew this going into his offices. I was pleasantly surprised his willingness to really explain his thought process in handling my case. This was very important to me as it gave me the confidence to follow his recommendations. At the end, the outcome was favorable to me. I have no doubt that it was a direct result of my legal representation.Jaime G – Google Review
