Tamara has been with the firm since 1999. She works with attorney Pete McArdle. Tamara graduated from UNC-Charlotte in 1998 with a double major in Political Science and Criminal Justice. She holds certifications from both the North Carolina State Bar and the National Association of Legal Assistants.
Tamara has resided in the University area since 1994. She plays an active role in her community, most recently organizing a Neighborhood Crime Watch committee. In her spare time, she enjoys tennis and reading
Sherry S. Crump, NCCP email
Sherry is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal who works for Allen C. Brotherton, a partner and criminal defense attorney for the firm. Sherry joined the firm in September of 2002 shortly after completing paralegal school in Phoenix, AZ in November, 2001. Sherry graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in History from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC in December of 2000 and is a native of Fort Mill, SC.

Kathy is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal who works for the firm's corporate attorney, Lisa G. Godfrey. Kathy has worked in the legal field since 1997 in the areas of insurance defense, civil litigation, personal injury, corporate, contract, construction and limited estates. She has been an employee of this firm since 1999.
Kathy was born in Lubbock, Texas, but as the daughter of an Air Force veteran, has lived in nine different states and Japan. She has called Charlotte home since 1970.

Susan is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal who works in litigation, concentrating in construction and commercial law. She has been with the firm since 2008. Susan received her B.S., magna cum laude, in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in 1993. She earned a Paralegal Technology diploma from Central Piedmont Community College in 2008, with honors.

Katherine is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal who works for H. Edward Knox, the managing partner for the firm. Katherine began working for the Knox Law Center in 1995 after graduating from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies program at Queens University. She received her State Bar Certification in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Katherine worked as an individual and small business tax consultant in Buffalo, New York for many years.

Judy Reilley, Paralegal email
In 2003 Judy Reilley was given the opportunity to join the law firm to pursue her interest in helping those who are injured. Judy is a New York State Bar Certified Paralegal and earned her Paralegal Certificate in 1986. She has worked in both plaintiff and defense firms. Ms. Reilley came to North Carolina in 2001 from the Fingerlakes Region of upstate New York. Her sixteen years specializing in personal injury cases has provided her with experience and skill in assisting personal injury clients in a variety of claims in many venues.
Judy's combined knowledge and experience can help you get through what can be a very difficult and stressful circumstance in your life. Judy's experience in handling property damage and difficult insurance adjusters has proven invaluable to the firm.

Donna is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal who works for H. Edward Knox, the managing partner for the firm. Donna received an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Technology from Central Piedmont Community College and joined the firm in 2000. She received her State Bar Certification in 2005.
Elizabeth B. Wilson, CLA, NCCP email
Elizabeth achieved her national Certified Legal Assistant designation in 1998 and her North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal designation in 2006. She assists attorney Frances Knox with personal injury cases and Elizabeth has been with the firm since 1990. Prior to working at the Knox Law Center, she was a probate paralegal with the law firm of Todd, Vanderbloemen, Respess & Brady in Lenoir, N.C. She graduated from Wingate College in 1987 with a B.S. in History, and from the American Bar Association-accredited Meredith College Program for Legal Assistants in 1988.

Mollie Farris, Legal Assistant
Mollie (Reid) Faris has been with the firm on a part-time basis for 21 years. She grew up knowing the Knox family in Davidson. Her primary duties at the firm now consist of taking care of personal matters such as finances, insurance, investments, having previously worked in personal injury. She considers herself very fortunate to work in this firm.
