Pete received his Juris Doctorate from Campbell University after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has practiced law with the firm since 1995. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the Mecklenburg County Bar, the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Mecklenburg County Bar Family Law Section.

The primary focus of Pete's practice is family law. He is experienced in handling cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and domestic violence. In addition, Pete represents clients in matters related to criminal/traffic cases, DWI cases, land condemnation cases, and general civil litigation.

Pete was raised in Charlotte and has resided here since 1979. He and his wife, Sally, are the parents of four children - Jack, Molly, Kevin and Kate.
