Brad received his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law, in Atlanta, Georgia after completing a Master's Degree in Philosophy at Georgia State University, and undergraduate studies at UNC-Charlotte. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
The primary focus of Brad's practice is litigation, with emphasis on criminal (adult and juvenile) and family law.
Brad is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, and he lives there with his wife, Sherry, and daughter Sophie. Brad is active in his community and that of Lincoln County. He is a former member of the East Lincoln Betterment Association.
