Brad received his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law, in Atlanta, Georgia after completing a Master's Degree in Philosophy at Georgia State University, and undergraduate studies at UNC-Charlotte. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
The primary focus of Brad's practice is litigation, with emphasis on criminal, family, and real property law (including HOA matters). He is also keenly interested in litigation involving real property and HOA matters. Brad also works on personal injury and worker's compensation cases in conjunction with Eddie and Frances Knox.
